The Best Sailormoon Fanfiction on the Net: an archive, archiving some of the best SM fanfiction around. It's got many different ways to find what you're looking for.. you can pretty certainly find a good read here.
A Sailor Moon Romance: Blah, blah, you know what this is already, a hugely huge SM fanfic archive.... There's a LOT of fanfiction there; unfortunately, finding something really good is difficult. (Site is partially restored.)
Sailor Moon: The Missing Truth: Funny page, funny page. SM:TMT is basically a "parody" of Sailormoon episodes. And the episodes are a riot. Unfortunately hasn't been updated in months, but what's there is definitely worth reading.
